A lot of thought has gone into the design of our units, this was from the floor up...

 

Each cubicle has a risen floor, with the door closing below the external floor line. This has been done to ensure dust, dampness and vermin refrain from entering the cubical. The sizes vary to ensure the customer is paying for a size of their need, rather than a space they don't require.

 

The entire premises has concrete driveways, with easy vehicle access.  All of our units are ground level with roller doors you can drive up to, like a regular garage.  Goods can be easily moved from vehicle to unit.  The wide driveways ensure that trucks and other vehicles will never block access to your unit or cause a waiting line.

 

Our facility has 24 x 7 security monitoring and keypad gate access to tenants only.

 

Pakenham Self Storage also now provides access for all of our customers from 5.30am until 9.00pm or outside of those hours via prior appointment.
